Starting last week 9/26 or so, I have been having significant issues using the video feedback feature in BUZZ.
When leaving feedback for students and using the video feature the following things occurred in various levels of frequency:
~The recording will restart after I click save - while processing it will switch back to a live video recording instead of saving
~The recording doesn't turn off - when selecting the saving the recording it will keep recording and requires selecting again.
~The video seems to stay on after being done recording. After typically 3-4 video feedback the green light on the webcam and the red recording circle remain on for the tab that was doing video feedback.
After the updates on Thursday for BrightThinker, things were going better on Friday, but the same issues have returned again this week.
Additionally, there are times when choosing a feedback template it either does not select or double-selects the feedback.

Or does it only seem to occur with a specific device? Lastly, could you provide me with the course and activity IDs related to the submission you are trying to leave feedback on?
