Our SCORM packages data is taking a long time to get into the gradebook. Currently, our classes are at the capacity of 500 students. Would this affect gradebook data from the SCORM file?

Good morning!

I have a few questions for you that will help me understand the situation better:

  • Does the grade data eventually populate in the teacher's gradebook?
  • How long is it taking for the grade data to populate?
  • Are you seeing a faster occurrence of grade data populating for courses with smaller class sizes?
