CAS Server returned an empty ticket

My students are getting this error message when logging into Buzz through the SSO with our SIS provider. How can I correct this problem?

Hello Heather,

This error is generally present when the CAS Server (SSO provider) isn't passing information to Buzz properly to log in. Please coordinate with your SSO provider to ensure they are directing to the right domain and that https://api.agilixbuzz.com is authorized on their server as well. If the issue continues please coordinate through your authorized support contact to escalate as needed.
