Hi,
I have a couple of students who have either completed all the courses they are enrolled in or withdrawn from the remaining courses they are enrolled for. However on the main Users page (where all the users in the domain are listed), the "Status" says active. Isn't this status a reflection of their enrollment status with the courses?
If not, it would be really nice to consider the change to the main status as a reflection of the status from all their enrollments!

Hello Juanita,
The status listed on the Users page is in regards to the status of the user itself, as a user can be active or deactivated. It is independent of the status of any enrollments. If a user is deactivated they are unable to log into the system at all, though their data is still retained.
