Over the last few days (starting around 11/16/2017 maybe) every time my daughter takes a quiz/test her answer selections are not immediately registered. She get a message "Unable to save answer. Try again", and has to refresh with every question in order for the answers to save--This is incredibly cumbersome and distracting, and has already probably affected some of her grades. Any ideas why this is happening suddenly?

There have not been any other reports of this type of behavior, it sounds as if there may be minor connectivity issues. Please reach out to the instructor or point of contact with the school so that they may be able to troubleshoot further.
