I Can't Find My Student's Current Courses

I have an observer account for my son's schoolwork, and it displays all the course cards on the Course Home Page, even for classes that my son isn't enrolled in. The teachers have tried hiding cards on their end. My son sees them all in his view, but he has the option to rearrange them; I had him rearrange them to see if that would affect what I see. But it didn't change anything. There are 21 course cards, but my son is only active in six of them. Please help!

I zoomed out on my screen so you can see the mess I'm looking at when I sign in.

Good afternoon Hadley,

I apologize for any frustration this has caused. In this situation, either you or the teacher will need to reach out to your online education institution's support team to make modifications to address this behavior. Without being able to see the user ID, I cannot access the student's enrollments to investigate. However, from the description, it's possibly occurring because the student's enrollment status is still set to active on the courses and the current date isn't far enough out from the enrollment enddate to roll off their student homage page.

If needed, the school may escalate the topic by submitting a ticket to Agilix Support.
