Correct, but this is action is something that I have done both in the past for users in the domain and target domain. Can I submit my ticket directly here, or do I need to submit it through FLVS?

That is weird because it is a call that I have had permission to do in the past. If we get our Agilix Hosting through FLVS, do I need to submit my ticket to them to route to you?
