Student cannot add a thread in Discussion Board

I have the setting selected that students can add new threads, but the purple "+ Thread" button is not there for them. They cannot post at all.

I am having this same issue right now with one student (the button is working fine for other enrollments.) Did you ever find a resolution to this?

Hi Melissa, I think what ended up happening is the computer was still logged into the guardian account, and not the student account.
