How to get Excused item list based on enrollments or course using API ?

I need api rule , that's how to get excused item/activities for enrollment or course using API.

Hi!

You could use GetEntityGradebook2 and lookup the status flag value to see which activities are in an excused state. When a user excuses an activity for a student, that action takes effect on the Grade Status flags value.
