I am using variables to create a table of points to represent linear and nonlinear data sets. For some reason if the eval function results in a zero, the zero is not displayed. Instead there is a blank spot in my table. Any suggestions as to how I might fix this?
I am sorry that this behavior has occurred! By chance do you have the course ID and activity ID where it is currently in this state you have reported on?
Hmmm.. I am not able to find an activity ID 9d81d81227d24c0eae87538b57e2a8ab within that course. There are multiple items that were deleted recently. Is there something I am missing?
I removed the previous post screenshot as this is a public forum and I wasn't sure you wanted the information within it published. I have the screenshot. From it, the course in question is course ID 159412198. I found the item ID within it.
After investigating it has been determined that the format string used in the question is not correct. Specifically, the author of the content is doing this:
$eval(1-1,#)
If the content author removes the ",#" from their code it should fill the cells with a value instead of being blank.
I do not use that specific notation ($eval(1-1,#)), please see the notation below. I am using a starting number and then using the eval function to step incrementally up to create a linear or nonlinear table. I tried removing the ,# from the notation and received the following result.

Thanks Brian. The course ID is 108978242 and it is happening in multiple activities, but here is one example: 9d81d81227d24c0eae87538b57e2a8ab.
Thanks,
Matney

I am investigating the reported behavior.
Thank you for your assistance!

We are making a change on 8/19/21 that will allow for these proposed changes to work.
The content author will either need to remove the ",#" (if they haven't already) or change it to ",0".
Removing the ",#" will not work until we release the change on 8/19/21.
Changing it to ",0" will work right now.
Thank you!
