I signed into my buzz account and it said my email and phone number were not verified. I was able to verify my email, but when I try to get a verification code sent to my phone, the drop down list of carriers does not contain my carrier (xfinity mobile), so I cannot get the code.
Hey Chelsey Martin, you only need to verify a mobile number if one has been provided. Since we do not currently support Xfinity Mobile, I would recommend removing the number from your preferences so that the verification requirement is removed.
That said, we hope to add support for Xfinity Mobile over the next few weeks.
We are working on getting Xfiniity Mobile as a supported carrier. However, it appears that both Xfinity Mobile and Verizon use the same network. You may be able to select "Verizon" as your carrier and start to receive your messages right away. Could you try that and let me know if it works?
A couple of our online teachers have Cellcom as their carrier and to date this is not one that appears in the list for notifications. Is there a plan for them to be added? Thank you for any update here-Michele

One of our teachers uses Cricket phone service and also cannot get a code to verify. Will Cricket also be supported soon?
Hey Eric Benson, Cricket is already supported. I wonder if it was misconfigured for this user or they didn't know it was an option.

We fixed an issue in today's release (3/25/2021) that addresses an issue with Cricket users not being able to receive email verifications.
