AccessDeniedAccess denied - Can't figure out why.

Have a student who in two of their classes is getting an error code for activities saying "AccessDeniedAccess denied". Gone through and none of the previous assignments have any setting requiring completion, passing score, time, date restriction, etc. Have no idea why it just stopps this student from accessing activities in two courses, but not the others. Any ideas appreciated.

Hi Carlos,

We have issues like then when a teacher links to an assignment from an agenda and that item is not visible to students or the item has been removed from the course and replaced by a different one. I would encourage you to have your school's ticket agent submit a ticket with the specific course, student, and item information and a screenshot if you can get one.  That's the sort of thing you can't post here out in the open, but that really helps the Agilix support team dig into something for you.

I hope some of that helps,

Jeremy

That's incredibly helpful.

I have no idea who the "ticket agent" is. Is that something I can submit myself?

I don't really know how to help you there, Carlos.  I'm hoping that one of the support agents will hop on and be able to help you figure out who the ticket agent for your organization might be.  They might need to know what organization you are with so they can help you better with that.  If you have a designated Buzz support person at your school or on your tech staff, they are likely the ticket agent or might know who is.

I hope that helps.

Hello everyone!

In general an access denied error occurs when the user is performing an action that they do not have rights to do so. If you reach out to your online education institution they should be able to provide support to address this behavior and can escalate to Agilix Support.
