Error Code question

One of my department heads gets the error message ad91e6086f86461795320076a66a12fe when trying to access the grade book for a particular class. I have checked the permissions for both the teacher and the department head and they have the appropriate permissions for their respective permissions. What does this error message mean? Does anyone have any feedback on what the problem could be? Thanks for your help!

Thanks, but this link does not appear to have anything to do with my question.

Hello Adrienne!

Is there a expandable details button in the error message that will provide additional details of the error? Without being able to see additional details of the error or the context of the error through experiencing the behavior in Buzz it will be difficult to determine from the error data you provided what caused the error and how to address it. If the error doesn't provide useful information to resolve, I recommend the reported issue be escalated to the school organization and if needed they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support for additional investigating.

In general an access denied error means the user does not have permissions to perform the operation they are doing. Without being able to explore this further I can't tell exactly what needs to be done to resolve it. Please submit a ticket to Agilix Support regarding this.
