I have registered and paid for my daughters math course. Instructions in email I received said the studen would be sent a link to enroll. We have not received a link, what should we do or who should we contact?

Please reach out to the student's school as they will be able to address getting that process setup for the student.

Students school is closed with no one to contact.

Is the course ongoing? I am receiving conflicting information that CUSD has suspended all on line courses etc. this shouldn’t involve this course I already paid for right?
I received an email stating my studen would receive a confirmation code (this was recently as the school was already closed). Perhaps it went to a wrong email address or something?
I do not want her getting too far behind and it appears the class is ongoing?

I have reached out to the organization that is over that student's enrollment process and they will be reaching out as soon as they can.
