Students school is closed with no one to contact.
Is the course ongoing? I am receiving conflicting information that CUSD has suspended all on line courses etc. this shouldn’t involve this course I already paid for right?
I received an email stating my studen would receive a confirmation code (this was recently as the school was already closed). Perhaps it went to a wrong email address or something?
I do not want her getting too far behind and it appears the class is ongoing?
I have reached out to the organization that is over that student's enrollment process and they will be reaching out as soon as they can.
