Feature request: zero-point assessment questions

Some of our teachers have historically used a non-scored test question to solicit feedback, usually something like, "Do you still have questions about X topic at the close of this unit?" Some of them would like to continue using a non-scored question for that purpose as we're digitizing their tests.

I've tried several means of getting at this. Setting a question's point value to zero doesn't work--it resets to the default for the quiz. Setting up the question as an extra credit and just grading it as a zero for everyone is as pain, and it leaves students wondering if there was something wrong with their response.

Would it be possible to enable questions to be worth zero points?

In addition to this, I would also like to see a way for multiple answers to be marked correct in a multiple choice item.

For clarification- I would still want students to choose one choice, but not have this marked incorrectly. This would also be helpful for survey questions.

The passage type is great for materials that don't include a question but this would be so helpful for formative questions within a graded assessment.
