I have been enrolling new students that have never been enrolled with us before using our student information system, Genius, which connects to the BUZZ LMS. The last several (at least 4 I am certain of) students I have enrolled I had to recreate their account and deactivate the first account I created. When the bad account is created and the student uses the Genius log in to select the BUZZ LMS course they are going to work in the students get the error "account problem...You do not have a valid Buzz account....Please contact your system administrator with these details: Code: NOUSER Data: Naqu974" in the BUZZ LMS. The only thing I can do to correct this is to delete the first account created and recreate a new account.I have been enrolling new students that have never been enrolled with us before.
I contacted my Genius Tech Support and this is the information they gave me...

So, every account with a password with less than 8 chars will not be created in Buzz.
We had this issue with other clients and they were able to disable/change this password requirement in Buzz. Could you please contact your Buzz support to change this requirement ?"
So, I would you to please change the password requirement. Our students have user names and passwords issued by the district and we use those user names and passwords for all programs. Our students' passwords are typically 4 characters.
