Buzz: Product Feedback
We've been using the new Buzz player for about 2 weeks, and we just ran into a problem yesterday with assessment questions.
After students submit an assessment, they can access the questions and their answers. This works in the old Buzz player. With the new player, though, students are running into this error message when they go to the Grade Details > Questions tab to see their submitted answers:
I've been able to replicate the problem in three different courses by proxying in as three different students, so I don't think it's a course-level issue.
I can get the error message to go away by dialing up the attempts allowed for an assessment, but that's not really a workable solution--the students shouldn't be able to retake the assessments.
