This morning around 8:00 am Eastern, our entire school was unable to login. Things seem to be working now, but we would like to know what happened for out records.Buzz was very slow to load and when we tried to login we received the following error:

"OOPS!
THINGS ARE TAKING A LITTLE LONGER THAN NORMAL
Don't worry, just try again in a moment."

Hello Aaron:

Between 5:35-6:05 AM MT this morning, we were experiencing performance related issues that caused some users to experience slow loading of pages or not at all. This issue has since been resolved. 

I am sorry for any negative impact this has had on your users within the system.

What was the root cause? What was the fix? Will the fix prevent the issue from happening again?

           Thank you for this feedback. Anytime we experience an issue with our end users losing the ability to log into the system we want to collect a Root Cause Analysis from the Cloud Solutions Provider. What caused the issue? What did you guys do to remedy the issue and more importantly how does this solution mitigate the issue from happening again?
