The new pop-up grading template window is unnecessary and time-consuming. It creates an extra step by having to click on "close" before you can edit your template and add the grade. It has also not been consistent. Some days the grading dash disappears behind the pop-up window, and other days I can see the grading dash. Not being able to see the grading dash behind the pop-up window is an issue because you cannot see the assignment name and which template you need to use. Today I noticed when a student resubmits an assignment, the new feedback is listed below the original feedback, which concerns me that students may not know to scroll down to see the new feedback.
Agreed x 100000. The templates need to return below the feedback box, and the new look at the feedback in little chat boxes is not my fave, for the reasons you mention above, Janice. It isn't clear which feedback is newest.
