The Import Grades tool accepts CSV or tab-delimited files. It should have a header-row to indicate the values in the table. Once you import, you will select the corresponding items with the scores if it does not automatically identify them.
Is there are reason why the key matching is case sensitive? We run into issues when import email is all uppercase like T.STUDENT@EMAIL.COM and it won't match to the email that is in Buzz as t.student@email.com. Suggestions?
This would be a HUGE help if we could make this non-case sensitive. Naming is not always consistent with emails when it comes to case and I've had to write out numerous scripts to make this work.

Hey Cheree, this is when importing grades, correct?
Yes.

Otherwise the import feature is awesome!
Cheree, thank you for reporting this. I have sent it to our team to address.
Thank you Brad!
Matthew and Cheree:
In this week's update, on Thursday, the student identifier will no longer be case-sensitive.
Awesome! Thanks so much.
This is great!! Thank you Brad!!
Is there a way to import feedback with the grades? Thanks in advance.
The grade import option does not allow for the inclusion of feedback at this time.
Thanks for the reply. It would be great if that was an option in the near future.
