Two students in one family using Chromebooks cannot access the full screen of their lessons. We tried zoom and fixes but the only way to get a scroll option is to open the text reading option. Is there a solution or a way I can help our students with this?
I'm not sure exactly the experience they are encountering and what they are expecting it to do without seeing what is being reported. Can you provide the enrollment ID and activity ID of where it is being reported and a few more details on what is encountered so we may investigate?
Additionally, do they need to hide the Shelf on their Chromebook for more room? See this link for more details.
