Hello Allysia:

Thank you for reaching out regarding behaviors concerning student activity time. I am sorry to hear there were some unexpected behaviors reportedly encountered.  

Without additional information I am unable to say for certain the cause of the reported behavior. Since this will require additional information that may be unique to the student and may not be desired to be shared on this public thread, I recommend reaching out to the student's online education institution to report the behavior and if needed, they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support to address it.
