This is my score,as you can see,my total score should be 1042.85% divided by 13 which equals 80.22.
But this is my score
So I wonder how can I correct it.I had already contacted with my teacher,and she said that I should ask the help desk.

Your total score is not just based upon an average of all of your assignments, but rather each assignment has its own weight and are in different categories with their own weights. That means that all activities are not equal. You can better see how well you performed for each category by changing your view from "Syllabus order" to "Grading categories."
I would also recommend that you ask grading question to your teacher or school.
