Videos not loading in training videos

When I try to load videos provided by Agilix "training", the actual videos in the courses are not loading. Nothing loads when I use Chrome, and I get this error message when I use FireFox:

Why is this happening?

Hey Madeleine, I'm sorry for the problems you are experiencing. Could you share with me your enrollment or course ID? If you don't know how to find it, you can also share me with the URL of webpage when you experience the problem. For example, navigate to the course video and then copy the URL to share with me.
