- Added the ability to define custom parameters for a course- or domain-defined LTI 1.3 tool.
- Made accessibility improvements.
Fixes
In this release, we also fixed an issue where clicking a student’s Accommodations flag in the Gradebook wouldn’t always launch the student's Accommodations popup.

DeactivateCourse: Enrollments in a deactivated course can now have their enrollment reference or enrollment data updated. Previously, these changes were not allowed. -
