New Catalog background images!
You can now add a large Catalog background image to your site! This introduces more interest to the Catalog screen and better makes your site yours.

Updates
In this release, we also:
- Improved the Catalog Category search dropdown behavior.
- Improved Catalog Category screen layouts to better handle multi-line wrapping text in descriptions.
- Added validation prompts to learners information card, so users will better know when information is being successfully saved.
- Gave root administrators the ability to assign any root administrator as the Billing contact in Site Management > Billing > Billing contact.
