A round-up of all improvements and changes to the Buzz platform in versions v3.0.217 available on February 25, 2021.
Verify email and phone numbers
Users can easily verify their email addresses and phone numbers in the User menu > Settings controls. Where possible, system administrators should encourage users to verify their information.
A banner appears above the Buzz toolbar prompting users to verify their information. They can click Settings there to jump to user settings, or open their User menu and select Settings.

A Send code option appears under your Email and Telephone fields. Click it to send a code through that channel.

Enter the code in the verification window, and click Verify.

Fixes
In this release, we:
- We have removed OpenEd as a built-in extension in the Library because they have discontinued their services. Activities using OpenEd content will no longer be accessible.
- We have improved behavior in the Editor > Syllabus > Objectives panel, so that filters that return no results now displays a message: No objectives to display.
- Changed the order of entries in the User menu, so that Settings appears first, and About appears above Logout.

Updates
In this release, we:
- Fixed an issue in Domain Settings where adding an LTI 1.3 tool allowed you to edit the Client ID field. The field is now not editable and shows the Buzz-assigned Client ID.
- Resolved a style issue when showing Blackout dates with only spaces in name.
- Improved security.
- Fixed an issue in the Observer app where the Grades > For Me screen would erroneously display the Edit gradebook settings button.
- Fixed an infinite-loading issue in Activity grader when trying to grade an activity that is not assigned to a student in the class.
- Fixed an issue in Grade editor and Student grade details where clicking wiki page links would navigate you to the Buzz home page.
