Updates for Dawn!
With this week's release, we simplified the author experience by adding tabs to the Author Course tool.
We also:
- Updated root administrator permissions to allow them to use an organization PO when bulk enrolling as part of an organization.
- Added the ability for users to change their own email and phone number information in profile settings.
