Agilix is actively working on a issue that causes Buzz and the API to respond very slowly, which may lead to some requests timing out. This could block some users from completing actions within the platform. More details and updates to follow.

UPDATE: The system began to be unresponsive at 9:21 AM MT. At 9:36 AM MT, the systems began to restore to normal operations.

We are continuing to investigate and monitor the cause of the service disruption.
