Our web service provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), have been experiencing intermittent performance problems this morning. We are working to mitigate the problem but are dependent upon a resolution from AWS.

UPDATE: Our monitoring has indicated that all services have returned to normal. We are still monitoring the services closely and working with our web services provider to prevent this from happening again in the future.
