We are investigating known issues with accessing both Buzz and BrainHoney.

We have discovered what the issue was and both Buzz and BrainHoney should now be functioning properly. We also identified what has caused the issue to occur and have immediate plans to mitigate it from occurring again.

I'm currently working to develop the new year and MANY items are not available. We can not see our templates from our district. Please Help!

Hey Maureen:

It appears that the content subscriptions (i.e., templates) that are applied to your domain are restricted by permissions. You don't see any of these subscriptions in Buzz because you don't have the necessary permissions to see them. I would recommend working with your system admin so that the subscriptions are usable by you and your colleagues.

As a note for the admin, subscriptions limited by permissions must be edited in BrainHoney. The functionality for editing subscription permissions is not in Buzz.
