The Resources panel

To manage course resources with the Teacher app, open the Editor from the Main Menu and select Resources in the left panel of the Syllabus tab (click the arrow to expand if the panel is collapsed).

From here, you can:

  1. Open Manage Resources for more options and a larger workspace.
  2. Upload resources by using the Upload button or by dragging file(s) and/or folder(s) into the resources window.
  3. Choose the resource Folder you want to filter the displayed resources.
  4. Filter displayed resources.
  5. Use the side menu to Download, Preview, Move, or Delete resources. You can also review the resource's History with this menu.
  6. Drag and drop resources into course folders.

Upload resources

  1. Open the Editor from the Main Menu.
  2. Select Resources in the right panel of the Syllabus tab.
  3. Select the desired Folder from the dropdown.
  4. Drag the desired resource(s) or folder into the field below the Filter. When you drag files in, Buzz automatically places them in the selected folder; when you drag folders in, Buzz creates that folder in resources.

  1. Click Upload:
    • Click Choose File and navigate to the resource on your computer.
    • Give the file a resource Name.
    • Click Upload.

  3. Create a new folder.
  4. Upload resources by dragging them into the resources list, or clicking Upload and following the directions outlined in step 5 of the Upload resources section, above.
  5. Check the boxes next to existing resources that you want to Move and/or Delete.
  6. Preview, Download, and check out the resource History to see how, when, and by whom it has been previously edited and to download previous versions. HTML resources include an Edit button here.

Buzz like Brainhoney is not compatible with pptx files. It creats them as an attachment and not as a lesson.  I create HTML5 files so I can make it available for the students as a file and not an attachment that downloads. The HTML5 file worked fine in Brainhoney Syllabus module and I was able to upload bulk files on there too (one HTML5 file references to many other files in a single folder). But in Buzz the HTML file neither works nor am I able to upload bulk files using the new Buzz Editor tool. Any workaround?

In the new Buzz editor you are able to drag folders from your computer into the course resource field to upload entire folder structures. Step 3 above has been updated to reflect this.
