System Maintenance Notice

UPDATE: The maintenance was completed at 12:25 AM MDT on Saturday 9/26/2015. The services are being restored to all users and we will continue to closely monitor the applications. Thank you for your patience during this significant update.

When: Friday 9/25/2015 8:00 PM MDT - Saturday 9/26/2015 8:00 AM MDT

Overview: In our ongoing effort to provide our users with the best possible innovations and services, Agilix is migrating our web hosting to Amazon Web Services (AWS). All systems will be offline during this migration, starting at 8:00 PM MDT on Friday 9/25/2015, and full system availability is expected by Saturday 9/26/2015 at 8:00 AM MDT.

Benefits: Agilix is moving our systems to AWS to provide reliability (system data will be redundant across multiple data centers), and the capability to dynamically increase servers and infrastructure resources to ensure robust performance for end users.

Again, thank you for choosing us!

Update your Agilix FTP access

The migration to AWS, which took place between Friday (9/25/2015) at 8:00 PM MDT through Saturday (9/26/2015) at 8:00 AM MDT, requires a change to the way users access the FTP server to upload multiple files.

Please, update your FTP access from ftp://gls.agilix.com to ftp://ftp.agilixbuzz.com

This new URL is used for all files which need to be transferred to any Agilix application using FTP.

I just want to let you know that this is a HUGE inconvenience

I am in the chorus with Chelsea. The ilearn website I use to do my classes with made no mention of this and frankly I don't see how myself or my instructor could know. I didn't find this page until after doing a lot of drilling for information.

Chelsea and Clayton, I am sorry you were not aware of this maintenance. We announced the maintenance earlier this month to all system administrators. In addition, we posted an announcement in BrainHoney and Buzz for all users to be aware.

We are very aware of the inconvenience that this introduces. However, this is being done for long-term benefits including increased availability and stability. This is the first time we have taken the system completely offline in ~3 years.

Thank you for discovering this page and taking an interest in your learning. The systems will be back on as soon as our upgrades have been completed.

I am still not able to get into byui.brainhoney.com. I can get to the login screen, but when it tries to load this page "https://byui.brainhoney.com/Frame/Component/Home" it is still showing the system maintenance screen. I am using dish network satellite internet service, and when I tether to my phone and use my AT&T data plan, I can pull the site up no problems (other than I am burning through my data plan!) PLEASE HELP!!!

Josie, the issue may lie with your internet service provider (Dish). Since the DNS changed, it needs to be propagated throughout the internet. However, we can try something else to see if it loads properly.

When your browser page is open to BrainHoney, do a hard reload. This could be Ctrl + F5 or some other combination. This article (https://www.getfilecloud.com/blog/2015/03/tech-tip-how-to-do-hard-refresh-in-browsers/#.VglQVY9VhBc) providers the different ways of accomplishing it.
