Agilix is aware of an issue that occurred this morning around 10:51 AM Mountain Time whereby some Buzz users might encounter performance degradation while in Buzz or error warnings. We are actively working to restore performance and resolve those reported behaviors. 

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we actively investigate and explore solutions to improve performance.

We are continuing to investigate and deploy solutions to resolve the reported behaviors in this thread.

The reported behaviors in this thread that some users have encountered were resolved at 3:15 PM Mountain Time today. It was determined to be an issue related to our service provider. 

Again, thank you for your patience while we investigated and worked to address and resolve the reported behaviors. Because your productivity is important, we express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused users working in Buzz. We will explore possible implementations to help avoid this undesired behavior in the future.
