Embed audio (.mp3) in Catalog entry descriptions and as part of Instruction body, question, feedback, and optional instructions content!

Other updates
In this release, we also:
- Removed the automated Quick add window from appearing in new courses.
- Updated our Zapier integration > Create Enrollment Action to allow users to specify an Organization that they want the enrollment added to.
- Updated the Authoring tools to open with the Settings menu collapsed, so users can more easily find the Sections menu.
- Added an Additional settings section to the Settings screen with buttons to other areas of the Authoring tool.
