Accommodation-change notifications help designated administrators monitor changes to student accommodations across a domain and its subdomains. Administrators can configure an opt-in daily digest that identifies students whose accommodation information has changed, enabling timely follow-up while keeping sensitive details out of email.

Each student with an accommodation change is a single entry in the email digest that is sent no more than once-a-day. Each entry includes a link to the student's Student details screen and a list of their teachers within the domain or subdomains.

To register an administrator to receive email notifications about changes to student accommodations in a domain and its subdomains:

1. In Domain Details, open the Action menu and select Domain Settings.

2. In the Email notifications section, click Add under Accommodations.

3. Find and add the administrator. They must have a verified email in Buzz.
