When creating enrollments, administrators have the option of adding learners to an Organization, allowing Organization Administrators to manage the enrollment. You can update Observing organizations afterward.
Update Observing organizations for individual enrollments
To edit the Observing organizations for individual enrollments:
- Open the Learners screen and select the learner.
- Open their Enrollments and select the catalog entry.
- Click Edit.
- Select the Observing organization and Save.
Batch edit Observing organizations
To batch edit the Observing organization for multiple enrollments:
- Open the Catalog screen and select the catalog entry.
- Select Enrollments.
- Check the boxes next to the enrollments you want to edit.
- Click the Edit button.
- Toggle on Observing organizations and select the new organization.
- Click Update enrollments.
